MADE TO ORDER
We do not keep mountains of finished merchandise sitting on warehouse shelves. Your product enters production after your order is placed. That helps us keep overproduction and dead stock down while still offering a wider range of pieces.
TRACKING
Once your shipment is handed to the carrier, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take a little time to update after a label is created.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders containing multiple products can occasionally ship separately or follow the item with the longest production timeline. If that happens, you will still receive tracking as each shipment moves.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carriers, weather, holidays, customs and other circumstances outside our control can change the timeline.
WRONG ADDRESS?
Contact us immediately. If production or fulfillment has not progressed too far, we will do what we can to correct it. Bad Karma is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
PACKAGE GONE MISSING?
If tracking suggests your order has been lost in transit, contact us. We recommend reporting it within 7 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
